April 2026 HOA Meeting Recap/Updates
Thank you all for those who showed up at our meeting.
We now have a new trustee and treasurer, Lee S. Welcome aboard!
We have a new lawn-care service.
Fiscally the subdivision is doing well and is projected to have our reserves fully funded at the end of the year.
The swings in the playground will be removed and replaced with the help of subdivision volunteers (date and time TDB).
The Westglen Woods subdivision has roughly 25 rental properties
Friendly reminders to all of our neighbors:
- Vehicles are not to block the sidewalks while parked in the driveway. Please remember that there is no bus service to Woerther elementary from our subdivision we have a lot of walkers. (This is a Ballwin ordinance)
- Trash, recycle and yard waste bins are supposed to be stowed behind the front building line (again a Ballwin ordinance)
